Overview

A demanding competition

We travelled early in the morning by train to Kristiansand, in the south of Norway.

We arrived in a snowy city, with heavy winter conditions throughout the weekend.

The competition gathered 60 clubs and 760 swimmers, creating an incredible atmosphere.

Our swimmers were very tired after the journey but impressed by the size of the competition.

They discovered what a 50m pool requires in terms of energy and race management.

Despite no medals, the experience gained was extremely valuable.

The swimmers learned how to manage fatigue and stress in a high-level competition.

Most importantly, they shared a fantastic weekend together — and that is exactly what we wanted for them.
